REGISTRATION
Audition submission is required
The submission should be 2-4 minutes in length and can be from a previous Ballet or Contemporary Ballet performance, or it can be center work from ballet or contemporary ballet class. Please add a pointe variation or exercise if you are interested in the Pointe Add-On.

Pointe Rep Add-on $150
Registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of accident or illness, tuition refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

First come, first serve basis. Registration will close once the program reaches capacity.
IMPORTANT
All communication will occur via e-mail! Please provide an accurate contact e-mail address for student or guardian (if under 18) in your application form. Important information will be emailed from info@complexionsacademy.com, we strongly suggest to add this address to your contact list and avoid communications diverting into the spam folder.
An application response will be emailed to you within 10 days of receiving your video submission. Registrations are revised in the order they are received.
If accepted, the Complexions will send you an invoice. The Information Packet containing all of the instructions on how to best prepare for the intensive; what to bring, dress code, procedures, forms and waivers, will be emailed after your invoice is paid in FULL. Space is limited and will fill quickly!
No-Refund policy. If due to an emergency or illness you are unable to attend, our management team will revise if you are eligible for a Credit. If approved, we will issue you a credit certificate that will allow your credit to be used toward tuition payment of another Complexions intensive. The certificate will be valid for 1 year.
